“Food Tip” del giorno—Cardamom!

 

Cardamom can add flavor to many dishes without adding calories or fat. Next time you make rice, brown or white, add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to the boiling water to give the rice a slightly nutty, sweet flavor.
