Cinnamon is traditionally used in baked goods, but adding a small amount of cinnamon to other dishes can enrich flavor. Try adding a dash of cinnamon to anything from quiche, to coffee, to rice, to cooked veggies to add depth and a kick of spice.
I’m a cinnamon freak – literally I put cinnamon on anything and everything I can. This recipe from How Sweet It Is for Fat, Fluffy Snickerdoodles looks absolutely mouthwatering! As a cinnamon fiend who has yet to make snickerdoodles, this recipe is incredibly tempting – yet another thing to add to the baking list for winter break!
