About Me

Hey all! I’m a student at Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, majoring in Magazine Journalism and English.

I’m always doing something, usually one of the following: writing, editing, cooking, eating, reading, traveling, practicing yoga, or thinking about one of the previously mentioned things, hah. I’m a staff editor for SU’s health and wellness magazine, What the Health, and an assistant editor for SU’s multicultural magazine, Medley, among many other things!

Currently I’m an editorial intern with Pilates Style magazine as well as a writer for the Marketing and Communications Department of Syracuse University’s School of Education. I’ve also been expanding my social media savvy-ness and have recently been Hootsuite Certified as a social media professional!

I’ve come to realize that my life will be constantly in imbalance. As a person who cannot be pinned down to one location for too long, I’m perfectly fine with this. In the future, I hope to study abroad for as long as humanly possible, and continue my travel and food writing endeavors. I have a need to see new things, explore everything, everywhere, and everyone. I want to bring the world to those who do not have the means to see it for themselves through writing, passion, and food.
